At Funki Findz, we want every customer to feel confident in their order. While we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases or ordering mistakes, we do offer refunds or store credit for items that are:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Not as described

🔁 What Can & Can’t Be Returned

✅ Eligible for refund or store credit:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Items significantly different from what was described

❌ Not eligible for return or refund:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size, style, or color ordered
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Used or worn items

⏳ Timeframe to Report an Issue

🌍 International 10 days of delivery

⚠️ You do not need to return the item within this time — just make sure you contact us within the timeframe to begin your claim.


📸 How to Request a Refund

Please email us at sales@funkifindzshop.com with:

    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
    • Images of the original packaging and tags (if available)

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. If approved, we’ll offer either a full refund, or a store credit, depending on the situation.

Note: We currently do not ship to the United States. This policy applies to customers in Australia and other supported international regions.

    • Items returned without prior approval
