We use a dropshipping model, which means your order may be shipped directly from our international fulfillment partners (mainly in Asia and Europe). This allows us to offer a broader range of products and reducing waste and overproduction.

We handle all customer service in-house and remain your main point of contact from checkout to delivery.

• We ship internationally, with the exception of the United States at this time.
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4-6 weeks from order date.
• Order Processing Time: 8-10 business days.
• Shipping times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
• Some orders may arrive in separate packages if fulfilled from different warehouses.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only for faulty, damaged, or defective items.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or buyer’s remorse.

Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as bodysuits, underwear, or earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

If you receive an item that is not in acceptable condition, please contact us within
7–10 days of delivery.

To begin a return, please email us at sales@funkifindzshop.com and include:

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
- Images of the original packaging and tags (if available)

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
If approved, we’ll offer a refund or store credit depending on the situation.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving your return.
